WELCOME TO THE LAMP SPA!
We have gathered information that could be good for you to know before you visit or make a reservation. Our facility has a surface of 1200 kvm and is split on three floors. In the gym, spa and pool area we have an age limit of 16 years. The spas own entrencé into the reception and lounge is located at Trädgårdsgatan 8. In our lounge we have a bar where we can offer you elementary food and drinks for you to enjoy. You will always have access to tea, water, fruit and nuts - free of charge. Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed.
In our underground relax area the walls and floors are lime stone imported from France. Here you will find a swimmingpool, hot pool, dry sauna, steam sauna and a refreshing ice room. We also have a shower that is required to use before going in the saunas and pools. For further hygiene reasons we also want you to use your sarong to sit on while in the dry sauna. The relax area is a quiet section, down there we keep our voices low.
We always offer you to loan a robe, sarong, slippers and towel. If you would forget to bring your swimwear we have a limited amount of swimwear for sale.
In our nine treatment rooms our experienced masseurs and our skin and spa therapists work with skin and body products from the german brand BABOR. The products are available to purchase in our reception, you can also shop them online if you click on the link below.
Before your treatment we wish for you to let the reception know that you have arrived at least 10 minutes ahead. When its your time, the therapist will come and meet you at the lounge. We ask you to come in dry clothing.
Is your visit with us a health care activity? Then it is important that the booking is done in your name. If your require further details on your receipt you need to let us now when you book your treatment.
When making a reservation of a 50 minutes long treatment or more, you have the opportunity to buy a 4 hours entrance to the relaxing area for 495 SEK, or 595 SEK when booking our DUO-treatment. You also get a 20% on skincare products from BABOR.
